Pathivara fm and Saptarangi Fm are the two leading media houses in Damak.These fm radios run different programs in different languages which is helping the people in different fields. They conduct programs ion public health, agriculture, education and entertainment.
Purba sandesh Daily is the only newspaper published from Damak on regular basis.It is read by almost all people in eastern part of Nepal.
